A colorful fast-paced platformer where you guide Scribble on adventures across a land full of challenges and enemies. The goal is simple: complete the level in the fastest time possible, while collecting coins and defeating anything that dares to challenge your way. Due to some technical problems of cloud variables, sometimes highscores may not save; however, the core gameplay is intoxicatingly thrilling. Whether you are into speedrunning or just a newbie at it, give Scribble's Adventures a go for your fun and exciting dose.
Move Scribble by pressing WASD or the arrow keys, or use the touch controls on mobiles. The spacebar, mouse clicks, or the attack button is used to attack foes by firing the blaster or using the sword. Collect coins to increase your scores, and race through the levels with the greatest speed. Watch out for obstacles and enemies that may slowdown you!
Scribble's Adventures were created for a contest with varying artists and developers contributing here and there. Peculiar as that may sound in the sense that the game is not entirely the creator's own work, it does use all the disparate assets and code to create a finely crafted, yet enjoyable experience. There exists a strong community for the game, particularly on Twitch, with players such as Mongatop and @ILikeTrainsSoSoMuch-both of whom have entered the realm with record-presence in terms of speedrunning.
While nasty ads may haunt your gameplay, remember to send a report after their appearance. Currently, there are no reports of restrictions that may curb your Scribble's Adventures experience. However, should they impede your highscore saving or smooth gameplay, test to see if any of your browser settings or device settings are interfering with the game functionality.
This game was created by a wonderfully talented developer who took assets from kenney.nl (a popular source for free game assets) and contributions from developers such as @-FlowwTN, @YanGoose, @Echonic, @Will_WamCase, and @Brunopy04. Zephyr - BoringBear created the music, and sound effects came from Pixabay, with extra text contributed by KBZipaDeeDooDah by KhrysKreations.
