What is 1 Year Celebration!?

Welcome to 1 Year Celebration!, a special project to commemorate a year of creative and community achievements! This is more than a game; it is a celebration of fan art, animation, and community interaction. Feel free to join the contests, or just come along for the ride. Read through the presentation for the whole idea, then jump into ruling and prizes below!

How We Play

This one is atypical: it is a series of creative contests and interactive activities. So here's what you need to do to get in:

Animation Contest- Remix the project and submit it before June 30th, 2024. I must insist that you credit your sources, and your work should be all your own. They will be judged on creativity, quality, popularity, and personal preference, the total being out of 50 points.
Art Contest- This would be your remix of the project into your fan art. Same deadline: June 30th, 2024. Whoever's art I like the best will get a follow from my alt account, and I will use their artwork as my pfp for a while.
Q&A- Type away in the comments with your questions, bearing in mind there is no limit as to what you can ask, so be creative!

Tips & Tricks

Animation Contest - Stay unique while keeping quality up. It should be obvious what your remix is, and follow the rules to a T.
Art Contest - Lay your heart and soul into it. Most memorable art comes from heartfelt passion and creativity.
Q&A - Think well outside the box. The more innovative, the better!

History

It is a project that celebrates the first year of dedication, community creation, and interaction on a rather sentimental note. It is a chance to reflect on the journey and reward the people who have been part of it. Extension of deadlines was given so everyone can have the chance to join in it, so please do not miss out.

Yes! For both contests, you can submit multiple entries. They will all, however, need to follow the rules.

How and when will the winners be announced?

The winners shall be publicized on the project page soon after the deadlines.

Do I need to give credit for the original project?

Yes! All original projects must be acknowledged.

Do I need to be an artist or animator to enter?

Not that at all! Everybody might join, regardless of their abilities.
