Playing Calming Breaths is dreadfully simple and easy for anyone to use. The game takes you through the 4-4-4-4 breathing rhythm: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and hold for another 4 seconds.
